M-TWO is a studio created by Tatsuya Minami, first CEO of PlatinumGames and Capcom veteran. Located in Osaka near Capcom's headquarters, it is technically considered an independent studio working on its own projects, although it helped create Resident Evil 3 alongside Capcom developers.
